On/Off switch Amp rating

Thinking of replacing my On/Off switches.? Going with Blue Seas. Should I get the 300amp or the 350amp On/Off switches?Woody O2006 Dynasty

Woody,I just ordered a Blue Seas switch myself. I checked my inverter (2000w) specs, and it specifies a 250A fuse, so I ordered a 300A switch. Jim M.2002 Monaco Knight 30PBD

I replaced ours with " Blue Sea Systems 350 Amp E-Series Battery Switches"? (via?Amazon).? The deciding factor was the 600A intermittent rating, and 1200 amp cranking (30 sec) rating per their web site.? After having a chassis power outage driving down the road at night (everything including engine and lights just quit), I was happy to pay a little more to make sure it never happens again. I am not sure what the cummins starter pulls, but higher switch rating should mean more reliable.?Dennis 2005 Windsor
